Meet the Founder
Shelley has over 16 years’ experience in workers compensation and injury management. She began her career as a Case Manager in NSW, before moving to QLD to continue claims management at WorkCover QLD. She expanded into Return to Work Coordination and Technical Advisory roles, supporting multi-state and self-insured employers across a variety of industries and multiple jurisdictions.
With strong legislative knowledge, formal training, and ongoing professional development, Shelley combines deep claims management expertise with a practical understanding of organisational risk and workers’ entitlements.
Recognising that ineffective injury management can leave employers feeling unsupported and can lead to prolonged recoveries and rising premiums, she founded Work Well Injury Solutions to provide businesses with senior injury management advice in order to deliver proactive, strategic and cost-effective services tailored to their individual needs.
